Description of Work:
The Service Delivery and Support division (SIS) urgently requires additional resources to assist with the Return to Workplace project within the National Capital Region (NCR). Clients will start returning to the workplace on March 28th. SIS is looking for resources to provide clients with in person support through out the NCR such as assisting client with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.), Microsoft Teams (One Drive, SharePoint, Teams, etc.), Smartphone activations/troubleshooting, computer hardware (connections to monitor, peripherals, docking stations), network accounts (password resets, initial login, etc.), etc. GAC is seeking junior resources with some basic IT experience/skills and experienced with in person coaching and support, i.e. not over the phone, but assisting clients face to face. The resources will be stationed in various locations within various GAC facilities, in the NCR, assisting clients as required. Potentially moving between areas assisting clients on multiple floors depending on the number of people returning to the office.
