Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for proposals from consulting firms to establish a Source List (SL) to provide “as and when required” professional services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements for the location(s) mentioned above.

Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFP.

The objective of this RFP is to select two (2) Consultants, who will be placed on a SL to a maximum estimated value of $1,500,000.00, for a period of two (2) years from the date of establishment of the SL. Individual commissions under the SL are expected to be valued between $ 100,000.00 and $ 250,000.00.

If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SL may be extended for up to three (3) additional one (1) year periods and may be increased by up to a maximum of $2,250,000.00 at any time during the term of the SL, and at DCC’s sole discretion.

For greater certainty, the total possible maximum value of all commissions under the SL is $3,750,000.00 and the total possible maximum term of the SL is five (5) years.

Please refer to the RFP document for additional information.

Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Proposals through the MERX Electronic Bidding System on or before the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System. All documents are available on MERX.
