Description
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires a National Individual Standing Offer for the supply and delivery of 250 Bloom Type A Ordnance Gelatin as detailed herein at Annex A. Goods are to be provided as required during the period of the Standing Offer in accordance with the requirements, terms and conditions detailed in the tender document.
The period of the Standing Offer will be five (5) years from date of issuance of the Standing Offer.
The intent is to issue one Standing Offer as a result of this Request for Standing Offer.
Delivery locations: Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada and Ottawa, Ontario, Canada and.
Deliverables must be received sixty (60) calendar days from date of call up receipt.
Basis of selection:
An offer must comply with the requirements of the Request for Standing Offers and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive offer with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for issuance of a standing offer.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement.
