Recipient Funding Arrangement Audit Services for Health Canada (HC)

Health Canada requires Recipient/Contribution Agreement Audit services on an “as and when requested”

basis. Travel will be required (locations to be determined). The objective of the Recipient Audit is to

assess that the recipients:

• have met the financial and non-financial terms and conditions of the funding arrangements;
•  
• have management practices in place to support the delivery of the program or project and

  the management of the funding arrangements throughout its life-cycle and to ensure they

  are adequate and high quality;

• have compliance to terms and conditions of the funding arrangements; the program

  management and financial control practices are in place to ensure the effective delivery of

  programs/services activities funded; the recipient’s management practices; and/or the

  integrity of any data which has been reported by the recipient; and,

• have developed the operational capacity required to deliver agreed upon services.
