Lighting upgrade

This requirement is for: The Correctional Service of Canada, Region of Quebec, for the institution of Port-Cartier.

Trade agreement: Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Canada Korea Trade Agreement (CKTA).

Tendering procedures: The suppliers listed in this notice and qualified under the Electrical and Electronic Products supply arrangement have been invited to submit a bid.

Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest priced compliant bid.

Set-aside under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business: This procurement is not subject to any set-asides for Indigenous Suppliers.

Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: This procurement is not subject to a Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement.

Security Requirements: This contract does not include security requirements.

Nature of Requirements: This RFP is only for pre-qualified Suppliers for Work Stream against the electrical and electronic products Supply Arrangement (SA), E60HN-16ELEC. The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal: Anixter, Graybar, Nedco-Rexel, Wesco, Dubo, Lumen, Franklin, Technet, Seivad, Testquity, Gap Wireless, Testforce, Gray Electric, Navair, KGPCo, Newark Element 14, Westburne, Electro Rent LLC, ECS Electrical, Deschênes et Fils, I.T.M. Instruments, Per Vices Corporation, KVA Protection, Giga-Tron, Allied Electronic Canada, Novapex.

The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.

The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement to proceed with the upgrade of the lighting of the Port-Cartier institution.

Objectives: Provide electrical products to upgrade the lighting at the Port-Cartier institution.

Any conditions for participation of suppliers not specified in solicitation documentation: none.
