Trade Agreement: NAFTA/AIT/Canada FTAs with Peru/Colombia/Panama Tendering Procedures: Attachment: None Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Repair & Overhaul (R&O) of Leopard 2 Turret Electro/Optic Components The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for the Repair and Overhaul (R&O) of Leopard 2 Turret Electo/Optic components to return them to serviceability. The Work will consist of, without being limited to, Repair and Overhaul work, Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), testing and certification of the Leopard 2 Turret parts and critical components. Please see the Request for Proposal for further details. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
