Tactical Control Radar Systems

The purpose of this Letter of Interest (LOI #3) is to seek feedback from Industry on the upcoming competitive procurement process for the Department of National Defence’s (DND) requirement to procure, install, and integrate three (3) transportable 3D Long-Range Air Defence Tactical Control Radar (TCR) systems. This procurement will include infrastructure site design services, In-Service Support (ISS), initial provisioning of spares for each radar system, operator and maintainer training, and bilingual publications. 

Public Services and Procurement Canada’s (PSPC) intent for this LOI #3 is to engage Industry in a consultative process by seeking Industry feedback on the following draft documentation:

o Draft In Service Support (ISS) SOW 
o Updated Procurement Schedule     
o Draft Evaluation Methodology 
o Questions related to specific areas Canada is seeking input from Industry 

Interested firms are encouraged to review the documentation attached to the LOI #3 and provide comments and/or questions, in writing, to the PSPC Contracting Authority identified herein.
