Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) has a requirement for the provision of Weather Observation Services in Norman Wells, Northwest Territories.

The period of the Contract is from 2020-02-01 to 2023-01-31. The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to two (2) additional 1-year periods under the same conditions. 

The proposed requirement is subject to the Sahtu Dene and Metis Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement.
