For the provision of managed IP circuits for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) for use on the Provincial Public Safety Telecommunications System (PPSTN) radio network in Saskatchewan. 

The period of the Contract is from Date of Contract for a three (3) year period. The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods under the same conditions.
