Work under this standing offer is to include all skilled labour, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision and material necessary for the provision of painting services in base buildings at 4 Wing, CFB Cold Lake, Cold Lake AB on an “as requested" basis. 

The standing offer will be for a period of one year from January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2017, with two (2) additional one (1) year option periods (January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018) and (January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019).

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).

Offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers process. Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority within 15 working daysof receipt of the results of the request for standing offers process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
