Telephone No. - (403) 613-0725 Fax No. - (306) 975-5397 REQUIREMENT: The Canadian Armed Forces has a requirement for the provision of Adventure Training on an as required basis as part of summer and winter operational training. The successful bidder will be required to supply all materials, equipment, labour, supervision and expertise for the Canadian Armed Forces to conduct training in the areas of mountaineering, rock climbing, caving, hiking, trekking (on foot, bicycle, horseback, dog sledding, or skis), canoeing and kayaking. Training packages consisting of an estimated five (5) serials of up to five (5) days of training, six (6) nights of accommodations and seven (7) days of feeding each. These serials are typically scheduled January to February 2020, end-August 2020, January to February 2021, end of August 2021, and January to February 2022. The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). The requirement is limited to Canadian services. This bid solicitation allows bidders to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their bid electronically. Bidders must refer to Part 2 entitled Bidder Instructions, and Part 3 entitled Bid Preparation Instructions, of the bid solicitation, for further information. EVALUATION AND SELECTION: Lowest-priced Responsive Proposal. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
