    Summary
    
    Environment Canada has a requirement for the production and
    distribution of Canadian Wildlife Habitat Conservation Stamp
    (stamp) for the 2015, 2016 and 2017 hunting seasons; the
    Migratory Game Bird Hunting Permit (permit) for the 2015 and
    2016 hunting seasons; and Migratory Game Bird Hunting Regulation
    Summaries (summaries) for the 2015 and 2016 hunting seasons.
    
    The stamp is produced to the same standards as an actual
    Canadian Commemorative Postage Stamp.  The Contractor must be
    able to produce the stamp using 10-micron stochastic screening.
    Artwork for the permit and stamp will be provided by Environment
    Canada.
    
    The Contract is in effect for a period of three (3) years from
    award of contract inclusively with the irrevocable option to
    extend the term of the Contract by up to three (3) additional
    one (1) year periods under the same conditions.
    
    There is a security requirement associated with this
    requirement. For additional information, consult Part 6 -
    Security, Financial and Other Requirements, and Part 7 -

    THE REQUIREMENT IS LIMITED TO CANADIAN SUPPLIERS.
    
    Bidders must provide a list of names, or other related
    information as needed, pursuant to section 01 of Standard
    Instructions 2003 .
    
    Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement(s) (CLCAs) are applicable to
    this procurement.
    
    There is a Federal Contractors Program (FCP) for employment
    equity requirement associated with this procurement; see Part 5
    - Certifications, Part 7 - Resulting Contract Clauses and the
    annex named Federal Contractors Program for Employment Equity -
    Certification.
