The property consists of two office/laboratory buildings and one common parkade under one title. An appraisal to estimate the market value of the property for disposal purposes is required based on the highest and best use. The report is to estimate a Market Value for the land and improvements as of the inspection date. The requirement is limited to Canadian goods and/or services. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
