    REQUIREMENT: The Department of National Defence, 4 Wing Cold Lake, Cold Lake, Alberta has a requirement for the supply of all labour, material, supervision, equipment and transportation necessary to provide facility management of building 789 on a scheduled and "as and when requested" basis and in accordance with the Statement of Work, Annex "A".
    Period of contract: The period of Task Authorization Contract is for three (3) years from date of award with one (1) additional one (1) year option period. 
    "Covid19 protocols are in place on 4Wing Base, and the bidders must be prepared to wear face masks and remain 2 metres apart. Note that we may need to modify the site visit details and timing, depending on Covid restrictions at the time".
    The requirement is limited to Canadian services.

    Bidders must submit their electronic (Excel) copy of their financial offer with their Epost Connect offer.
    Mandatory Site Visit
    It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at CFB 4 Wing Cold Lake, Cold Lake, Alberta, T9M 2C6 on Wednesday, 2021-09-29 at 1:30 pm MDT. Bidders have to report at IDENT Building #869 (beside the Military Police bldg) near the junction of Hangar Lane and Kingsway on 4Wing Base, Cold Lake. All visitors will require a GRA pass to enter the restricted area.  
    Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than 2:00 pm MDT by Friday, September 24th, 2021 to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) and driver’s license numbers of the person (s) who will attend. Bidders will be required to sign an attendance sheet. Bidders should confirm in their bid that they have attended the site visit. Bidders who do not attend the mandatory site visit or do not send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment and their bid will be declared non-responsive. 
    Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, temporary measures are being taken on-site at the Western Region Bid Receiving Unit to encourage social distancing. The health and safety of staff and suppliers remains our top priority. 
    Suppliers are strongly encouraged to submit bids electronically using the Canada Post epost Connect application for the subject bid solicitation. This service allows suppliers to submit bids, offers and arrangements electronically to PWGSC Bid Receiving Units. This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level.
