Nature of Requirements: 

For the provision of all labour, materials, tools, equipment,
transportation, and supervision necessary for snow removal,
sanding, and sweeping of parking lots and access roads around
all Federally owned buildings and on Federally owned properties,
including any other building or property that falls under Public
Works and Government Services Canada jurisdiction within the
Fort Smith, NT, area.  The Work shall be performed for Public
Works and Government Services Canada, Fort Smith, NT in
accordance with the terms and conditions as specified in the
Request For Proposal for the period of date of November 1, 2012
to October 31, 2015, (estimated).

Under the Code of Conduct and Certification provisions, Bidders
must submit the following as part of their bid:
a complete list of names of all individuals who are currently
directors of the Bidder; 
a properly completed and signed Consent Form, for each
individual named in the aforementioned list.

This PWGSC office provides procurement service to the public in
