Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) on behalf of Department of National Defence (DND), has a requirement establish a Departmental Individual Standing Offer (DISO) for the purchase of purpose built Portable Modular Reconfigurable Training Aids (PMRTA) to enhance military training in Contemporary Operating Environments(COE) at Canadian Forces Wainwright Garrison at Denwood, Alberta. 

The successful Offeror will be required to supply and deliver multiple pre-fabricated PMRTA that are of a knockdown design, modular,reconfigurable, and portable.  The PMRTA must be purpose built for military type training operations.

The Standing Offer is requested for a period of one (1) year from the offer award with the possibility of two (2) one-year option periods to be exercised at Canada’s discretion.

The requirementis subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
