A Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the supply and delivery of disposable tableware and other kitchen supplies on an “as required” basis for the Department of National Defence (DND) for 4 locations in Alberta (Edmonton, Wainwright, Suffield, and Cold Lake). 

DND hosts and supports various training activities. In order to support this, many meals are provided to many customers, which often entails requiring disposable kitchen tableware and other kitchen supplies on very short notice. The intent is to have the ability to hold stock and replenish the stock on a monthly “as required” basis as per the list of items and estimated usage provided herein.

The Standing Offer is requested for a period of three (3) years from the date of offer issuance. A standing offer may be awarded for each of the four DND locations.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
