Parks Canada has a requirement for the supply and delivery of 1000 cords of firewood, annually, to various campgrounds located in Banff National Park, Banff, Alberta (Tunnel Mountain Campgrounds, Two Jack Campgrounds, Johnston Canyon Campground, Castle Mountain Campground). All deliveries must be made from January 1 to December 31 to the various campgrounds as directed by the Campground Manager

The initial contract period will be from date of award until December 31, 2019 with five one-year option periods to be exercised at Canada's discretion.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

This RFP allows offerors to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their offers electronically. Offerors must refer to Part 2 of the RFSO entitled Offeror Instructions and Part 3 of the RFSO entitled Offer Preparation Instructions, for further information on using this method.
