AUDIT AND RECONCILIATION CONSULTING SERVICES FOR ELECTRICAL
ENERGY CONTRACT NO. E0211-057000/001/EDM

Public Works and Government Services Canada requires audit
services to review, verify and report on the performance of an
electrical energy Retailer (ENMAX Corporation, contract number
E0211-057000/001/EDM), including quantities of electricity
delivered, timeliness of related services, reconciliation of
deliverables, and accuracy of record keeping and billing.

The period of the contract is from date of award to March 31,
2017.

Bidders must provide a list of names, or other related
information as needed, pursuant to section 01 of Standard
Instructions 2003.

For services requirements, Bidders in receipt of a pension or a
lump sum payment must provide the required information as
detailed in article 3 of Part 2 of the bid solicitation.

Bid Document Materials For Immediate Order

Certain materials required to create a Technical Proposal must
be ordered directly from the Contracting Authority identified in
Part 6 - Resulting Contract Clauses, section 5.1 Contracting
Authority. 

The following materials, as detailed in the Statement of Work,
Annex "A", Section 10. Government Furnished Information, items
10.2 and 10.3 are as follows:

(a) A description of ENMAX's Web Based Reporting System and
invoicing documentation. 

(b) A copy of the ENMAX Web Reports Reference Handbook, Enhanced
v1.6.

Bidders will only receive the above reference materials when
they have requested it directly from the Contracting Authority
identified herein.

Bidders' Conference
A bidders' conference will be held at Telus Plaza, 10025 Jasper
Ave, Edmonton, Alberta on February 21, 2014. The conference will
begin at 13:00 MST, in Concourse Level Meeting Room #72. The
scope of the requirement outlined in the bid solicitation will
be reviewed during the conference and questions will be
answered. It is recommended that bidders who intend to submit a
bid attend or send a representative.
Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting
Authority before the conference to confirm attendance. Bidders
should provide, in writing, to the Contracting Authority, the
names of the person(s) who will be attending and a list of
issues they wish to table at least 3 working days before the
scheduled conference.
