1.  TITLE: 

SEWER SERVICES, GARRISON EDMONTON, EDMONTON, ALBERTA

2.  SECURITY:

SECURITY REQUIREMENT FOR CANADIAN SUPPLIER:  PWGSC FILE # W684E-18LP41

2.1 The Contractor/Offeror must, at all times during the performance of the Contract/Standing Offer, hold a valid Facility Security Clearance at the level of SECRET, issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).

2.2 The Contractor/Offeror personnel requiring access to sensitive work site(s) must EACH hold a valid personnel security screening at the level of SECRET, granted or approved by CISD/PWGSC.  

2.3 Subcontracts which contain security requirements are NOT to be awarded without the prior written permission of CISD/PWGSC.

2.4 The Contractor/Offeror must comply with the provisions of the:

 (a)  Security Requirements Check List and security guide (if applicable), attached at Annex "A"
 (b)  Industrial Security Manual (Latest Edition).

3.  REQUIREMENT:

This requirement is for the provision of all labour, materials, transportation, tools, equipment and supervision necessary to provide vacuum truck, hydrovac truck, and sewer services to the Department of National Defence (DND) on an "as and when requested" basis for the Department of National Defence (DND), Edmonton Garrison, Edmonton, Alberta.  Locations include Edmonton Garrison, the Cardiff transmitter site (approximately 18 km North of Edmonton Garrison) and the Riverbend Receiver site (approximately 16 km east of Edmonton Garrison).

4. EVALUATION AND SELECTION:  

Mandatory technical evaluation criteria are included in the solicitation. The responsive Offer with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for issuance of a standing offer.

5. PERIOD OF STANDING OFFER: 

It is anticipated that any Standing Offer will be effective for a period of five (5) years from the date of award.
