The purpose of this Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) is to invite interested parties to submit a Response indicating their interest in, and qualifications for, the Project. Based on these Responses, Canada intends to select, in accordance with the terms of the ITQ, a list of up to eight (8) Qualified Respondents to participate in any subsequent phases of the procurement process, including Review and Refine Requirements (RRR) and the Request for Proposals (RFP) for the selection of a single Contractor to provide the required EAPIMS. The ITQ is neither a bid solicitation nor a tender and is intended only to pre-qualify Respondents. No contract will result from the ITQ. Any interested party or parties may submit a Response. Respondents may be individuals, corporations, joint venture/consortia, partnerships or any other legal entities. Please refer to the Solicitation Documents section below to download the ITQ package.
