The TBIPS Supply Arrangement EN578-055605 is incorporated by reference and forms part of this bid solicitation, as though expressly set out in it, subject to any express terms and conditions contained in this bid solicitation. The capitalized terms not defined in this bid solicitation have the meaning given to them in the TBIPS SA.  
Only selected TBIPS SA Holders currently holding a TBIPS SA for Tier 1 in the National Capital Region under the EN578-055605 series of SAs are invited to compete. SA Holders may not submit a bid in response to this bid solicitation unless they have been invited to do so. However, should an uninvited SA Holder wishto be invited, it may contact the Contracting Authority to request an invitation at any time prior to five days before the published bid closing date, and an invitation will be made to that SA Holder unless it would not be consistent with the efficient operation of the procurement system. In no circumstance will such an invitation require Canada to extend a bid closing date.

Description of the requirement:

PWGSC requires Informatics Professional Services of the following Resource Category to provide support in the development of business analytics reporting tools necessitating largeset of data or complex processes.

The Contractor will provide the services on an “as and when requested” basis. All requirementswill be authorized through Task Authorizations issued in accordance with the Contract.
