C.D. Howe Building, Level C2 West, 235 Queen Street, Ottawa,

Project description: This project includes the demolition of all
existing fit-up elements within the premises formerly occupied
by Holt Renfrew and the restoration of the perimeter walls,
floor and basic heating, fire protection, power and lighting
services ready for future fit-up by others. A designated
substances report is available. 

Work is to be completed within twelve (12) weeks after contract
award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the
following category: $500,001.00 to $1,000,000.00.  

MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:  
 
This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement.  At
bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Designated
Organization Screening (DOS) at level of Reliability Status.
Failure to comply with this requirement will render the Bid
non-compliant and no further consideration will be given to the
Bid. 

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:  

There will be a site visit on Thursday, October 22, 2015 at
10:00AM. Interested bidders shall meet at the main entrance
security desk at C.D. Howe Building, Level C2 West, 235 Queen
Street, Ottawa, Ontario, K1A 0H5.

Safety Attire - It is mandatory that all persons attending the
site visit have the proper safety footwear (CSA approved green
patch). Hard hats and safety glasses are also required. 
Contractor personnel/individuals who do not have the proper
safety attire will be denied access to the site.
