Project description:    Exterior Brick and Precast Panel Replacement

Work is to be completed within thirty-seven (37) weeks after contract award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following category: $1M to $5M.  

MANDATORY INDUSTRIAL SECURITY REQUIREMENT:  
 
This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement.  At bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS) at level of Reliability Status. Failure to comply with this requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further consideration will be given to the Bid. 

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:  

There will be a site visit on Thursday, April 7 at 10:00AM. Interested bidders are to meet at the front gate of 3851 Fallowfield Road, Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA), Ottawa, Ontario. Names of individuals, Company Names and Telephone Numbers that will be attending the site visit must be submitted by each bidder no later than Tuesday, April 5 at 2:00PM.

All Contractors will be issued a day pass upon verification of a valid piece of ID. The job showing will occur outdoors. There are no mandatory health and safety requirements for this site visit. 

Parking: Parking is free at the front of the building, past the front gate.
