MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:  
 
This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement.  At bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS).  Failure to comply with this requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further consideration will be given to the Bid. 

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT

There will be a site visit on April 9, 2019 at 10:00am. Interested bidders are to meet at 301 Wellington Street, Ottawa, ON. All contractors must report to the commissioner’s desk at the West entrance of the Supreme Court to register and obtain a pass. 

Security pre-screening: All the individuals attending the site visit must hold a security clearance of (Reliability). The names of each individual attending the site visit, their date of birth, along with the name of the firm they represent & the CISD security clearance certificate number, must be provided to the Contracting Authority by April 4, 2019 at 12:00hrs in order to gain access to the site. Those who cannot pass the screening process will not be granted access the building.
