    Project description: 
    
    The scope for this project includes the removal and replacement
    of security entrance system as well as the removal and
    replacement of the glazed guards surrounding the east & west
    elevator bays on C1 & C2 levels of 235 Queen St. The project
    includes the addition of an emergency exit door at each bay.
    This project will consist of 4 Phases and all work will be
    performed after hours.
    
    Work is to be completed within twelve (12) weeks after contract
    award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the
    following category: $250,001 to $500,000.
    
    MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:  
     
    This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement.  At
    bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Designated
    Organization Screening (DOS).  Failure to comply with this
    requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further
    consideration will be given to the Bid. 
    
    OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:  
    
    There will be a site visit on August 12th, 2015 at 10am.

    Street, Ottawa, Ontario.
