PROJECT IDENTIFICATION:  Coleoptera Collection Consolidation,
K.W. Neatby Building (20), Central Experimental Farm, 960
Carling Avenue, Ottawa, Ontario.

Project description:    The intent of this solicitation is to
secure and consolidate the National Coleoptera Collection onto a
mobile compactor system.

Work is to be completed within sixteen (16) weeks after contract
award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the
following category: $250,001 to $500,000.

SECURITY REQUIREMENT:  
 
This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement.  

The Contractor personnel requiring access to secure work site(s)
must, at all times during the performance of the Contract, EACH
hold a valid RELIABILITY STATUS clearance, granted or approved
by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate, Public Works
and Government Services Canada

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:  

There will be a site visit on January 29, 2015,at 11:30 a.m. 
Interested bidders shall meet at the Central Experimental Farm,
K.W. Neatby Building (20), 960 Carling Avenue, Ottawa, Ontario.

Enquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no
less than five (5) business days prior to the closing date to
