Project description:    The project includes the construction services for the Supreme Court of Canada parking garage mechanical and electrical repairs.

Work is to be completed within eighteen (18) weeks after contract award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following category: $500,001 to $1,000,000

MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:  
 
This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement.  At bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS).  Failure to comply with this requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further consideration will be given to the Bid. 

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:  

There will be a site visit on April 4th, 2018 at 10AM local time.  Interested bidders shall meet outside the main entrance at the Supreme Court of Canada, 301 Wellington Street, Ottawa, Ontario.
