Title: T-58 Chiller Replacement

Project description: This project requires the procurement and installation of a chiller at Hangar T-58 as well as installation of a new roof hatch and partial roof replacement at building O-276.

Work is to be completed within twenty-four (24) weeks after contract award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following category: $500,001 to $1,000,000

MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT
 
This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement.  At bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS).  Failure to comply with this requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further consideration will be given to the Bid. 

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT

There will be a site visit on August 14, 2018 at 10AM, locale time. Interested bidders are to meet at Hangar T-58, 200 Comet Private, Ottawa, ON.

Every individual attending the site visit must provide a government issued photo ID in order to gain access to the site.
