PROJECT DESCRIPTION  

The project includes construction services to:

1. Supply and install approx. 1,885 metres new 305mm dia. and 135 metres new 152mm/203mm dia. PVC DR18 watermain piping and components to upgrade existing private watermain system. 

2. Supply and install approx. 117metres new 600mm dia. concrete storm sewermain piping and components to upgrade existing private sewermain system. 

3. Supply and install approx. 1,000 metres new 375mm - 450mm and approx. 300 metres new 200mm - 300mm dia. PVC DR35 storm sewermain piping and components to upgrade existing private sewermain system. 

4. Supply and install approx. 1,300 metres new 203-300mm dia PVC DR35 new sanitary service piping and components to upgrade existing private sewermain system.

Work is to be completed forty (40) weeks after contract award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following category: Over $5,000,000

MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:  
 
This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement.  At bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid RELIABILITY Status.  Failure to comply with this requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further consideration will be given to the Bid. 

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:  

There will be a site visit on 11 December 2018 at 10AM local time.  Interested bidders shall meet outside the West entrance at 1Haanel Drive Ottawa ON K1A 1M1 Ottawa, Ontario.
