    Project description:  Complete HVAC modifications - Night and weekend work shifts at Shirley’s Bay Building T-104-A, 3701 Carling Avenue, Ottawa, Ontario
    
    Work is to be completed within Ten (10) weeks after contract award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following category: $100,001 to $250,000.
    
    MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:  
     
    This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement. At bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Facility Security Clearance (FSC) at the level of SECRET.  Failure to comply with this requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further consideration will be given to the Bid. 
    
    MANDATORY SITE VISIT
    
    There will be a site visit on November 15, 2019 at 10:00 a.m.  Interested bidders are to meet at Main Security Gate at the Shirley’s Bay Facility@ 3701 Carling Avenue.
    The site visit for this project is MANDATORY.  The representative of the Bidder must sign the Site Visit Attendance Sheet at the site visit. Bids submitted by Bidders who have not signed the attendance sheet will be rejected.
    Security pre-screening: All the individuals attending the site visit must hold a security clearance of (“Secret”). The names of each individual attending the site visit, their date of birth, along with the name of the firm they represent, confirmation of level of security should be provided to the Contracting Authority by November 12 2019, at 2:00 p.m. in order to gain access to the site.
