PROJECT IDENTIFICATION:  EP076-220801 NDMC Tunnel Expansion Joint Replacement, 1745 Altavista Drive, Ottawa

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The purpose of this mandate, at the NDMC, is to replace all the expansion joints of the tunnel from the interior and exterior to eliminate the reoccurring water infiltrations from these joints. In addition to the replacement of the tunnel expansion joints, rehabilitation work for components adjacent to the targeted expansion joints such as: brick masonry repairs, concrete stone replacement, repair of windows, sealant replacement, and wall parging/waterproofing are to be completed.

Work is to be completed within (12) weeks after contract award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following category: $100,001 to $1,000,000.

This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement. By contract award the Bidder must hold a valid [Designated Organization Screening (DOS) / Facility Security Clearance at level of Reliability Status]. Failure to comply with this requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further consideration will be given to the Bid.
