    DUAL BEAM LASER SHAFT ALIGNEMENT
    
    Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) on behalf of
    the Department of National Defence has a requirement for the
    furnishings of all labour, material, transportation required to
    supply and deliver a Dual beam laser shaft alignment system with
    the ability to measure with only forty (40) degrees of shaft
    rotation, perform straightness and base twist measurements, take
    overall vibration and bearing condition measurements and be able
    to carry out digital belt/sheave alignments to FMF Cape Scott, 7
    HD Warehouse, HMCS Dockyard Halifax, Building D-200 Door 1 to 13
    Halifax, Nova Scotia, B3K 5X5, Canada in accordance with Annex A
    -Statement Of Requirement.
    
    Due to the nature of the bid solicitation, bids transmitted by
    facsimile to PWGSC will not be accepted.
    
    All the deliverables must be received on or before March 31,
    2014.
    
    A BID MUST MEET ALL OF THE MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS STATED BELOW
    TO BE CONSIDERED COMPLIANT. A BID NOT MEETING ALL OF THE
    MANDATORY
    REQUIREMENTS BELOW WILL BE DEEMED NON- RESPONSIVE AND GIVEN NO
    FURTHER CONSIDERATION.
    
    1.1	Technical Evaluation
    
    1.1.1	Mandatory Technical Criteria
    1.0 Bid submissions must be accompanied by detailed engineering
    drawings or representative pictures and descriptions of all
    individual components.
    
    	Delivery
    	2.0 Delivery is MANDATORY FOB destination by 31 March 2014. 
    Firms who cannot meet 		this delivery will be deemed
    non-responsive and their bid will not receive further
    			consideration.
    	If your firm is awarded a contract with a mandatory 31 March
    2014 delivery and the delivery 	is not received by this date,
    your firm agrees that the contract may be terminated for
    		mutual consent and each Party release the other from any past,
    present and future 			obligations under the contract.

    of a contractual nature are to be submitted to the Contracting
