Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of the Department of National Defence has a requirement for a Regional Individual Standing Offer for the furnishing of all labour, materials, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision required for the operational and emergency repairs to chiller units located at various locations of CFB Halifax Nova Scotia on an "as and" when requested basis. Mandatory Technical Criteria To be considered responsive, an offer must meet all of the following mandatory evaluation criteria. Offerors not meeting all of the mandatory requirements will be given no further consideration. Offerors must provide resumes of three (3) mechanics showing minimum of 5 year consecutive Chiller repair experience wherein the range of services provided are comparable to those described in this Request for Standing Offer. The resume must contain at a minimum • Description of chiller equipment’s that each proposed mechanic worked on or currently working on. The individual chiller equipment listed must be a Rotary Screw, Centrifugal, Reciprocating and Oil-less magnetic bearing chillers (see sections 01 11 00 & 23 64 00 of Annex A-Statement of Work). Failure to list each mentioned chiller above in the chiller equipment description will deem the offer non-responsive. • Employment history of each proposed technician in the last five years. The employment history must show that the proposed technician has actively worked on chillers or currently working on chillers. The employment history will be utilized by the evaluation board to determine 5 year consecutive experience. For evaluation purposes, employment history on or after January 01, 2013 constitutes past five (5) years. Security Requirements: There is a security requirement associated with this requirement. For additional information, see Part 6 - Security and Other Requirements, and Part 7 - Resulting Contract Clauses. Period of this Regional Individual Standing Offer will be One year (1) plus an additional two (2),12 month option periods, if required. This requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA)." Delivery Date: 25/03/2018 The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
