Trade Agreement: NAFTA / CFTA / FTAs with Peru / Colombia / Panama / Korea Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: UTV - Sable Island 5P300-190212/A Grieve, Bronwen Telephone No. - (902) 943-2394 ( ) Fax No. - (902) 496-5016 ( ) UTV - SABLE ISLAND REQUIREMENT: The Parks Canada Agency is seeking the supply and delivery of a 2019 model year or newer John Deere Gator TH 6x4 Diesel Utility Vehicle for use at Sable Island National Park Reserve. Bidders are advised that substitute products will not be considered DELIVERY DATE: All the deliverables must be received on or before March 31, 2020. TRADE AGREEMENTS: The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). EPOST CONNECT SERVICE: This bid solicitation allows bidders to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their bid electronically. Bidders must refer to Part 2 entitled Bidder Instructions, and Part 3 entitled Bid Preparation Instructions, of the bid solicitation, for further information. DEBRIEFINGS: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person. Further specifications and information are contained in the solicitation package.
