Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) on behalf of
the Department of National Defence has a requirement for a
Regional Individual Standing Offer for the furnishings of all
labour, permits, material, equipment and tools required to
perform normal and emergency repairs to water distribution
systems, culverts, manholes, foundation drainage systems
including excavation and backfilling at various locations within
CFB in Halifax, Nova Scotia, on an "as and when required basis."

The Period of this Regional Individual Standing Offer will be
from December 1, 2014 to November 30, 2015, plus an additional
two (2) 12 month option periods, if required.

Mandatory Requirements at solicitation closing date:

1.	Experience - Offerors must possess a minimum of five (5)
years related experience in the repairs to water distribution
systems, sanitary and storm sewer systems.  List three major
projects/contracts in the last five (5) years that show
experience with projects similar to what is contained in the
requirement.

	References - Include 3 letters of reference from the above
requested 3 major projects (one from each project).  Each
reference should be verifiable and include the following:

	a.	The name of the client organization
	b.	Name, title, telephone number and facsimile number of
contact.

2.	The Bidder must hold a valid Designated Organization
Screening (DOS), issued by the Canadian Industrial Security
Directorate (CISD), Public Works and Government Services Canada
(PWGSC).   

	Failure to comply with the mandatory requirements above will
render the Bid non-compliant and no further consideration will
be given to the Bid.
