    Bidders who currently do not meet the facility security clearance requirements and (or) personnel security clearance are advised to initiate the security clearance process immediately by requesting sponsorship from the Contracting Authority.
    
    Work to be performed under this Services Contract comprises of the provision of labour, supervision, tools  and equipment required to perform the collection and disposal of recycling throughout Maritime Forces Atlantic locations in Nova Scotia.  These locations are Dockyard, Stadacona, Willow Park, Windsor Park, Shearwater, Dartmouth and Halifax.  The period of this contract will be for one (1) year period, with a one (1) year option period.
    
    The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
    
    Basis for Selection/Evaluation:  Lowest responsive bid. It is mandatory that bidders submit firm prices/rates for ALL items in the Basis of Payment, including no cost items.
