On behalf of Measurements Canada, located in Dartmouth Nova Scotia  Public Services and Procurement Canada has a requirement for the furnishing of all necessary labour, materials, and incidental design to fabricate or supply a Tandem-axle trailer and a Single-axle trailer, both incorporating (1) proving vessel & associated piping to facilitate mobile testing of bulk measuring systems used in custody transfer and subject to enforcement under the Weights and Measures Actand Regulations.
