Public Works and Government Services Canada on behalf of The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for two (2) Twin Agent Units (Helo Firefighting apparatus) to be used in training in order to provide realism to meet the requirements of both the Royal Canadian Navy Qualifications Standards Plan and the Royal Canadian Air Force Shipboard Helicopter Operational Procedures.

It is mandatory that all the deliverables requested are to be received on-site and set to work before March 31, 2018.  If delivery cannot be met, the contract may be terminated.
