REQUIREMENT: To provide services, labour, tools and equipment, and materials necessary to perform miscellaneous hull and mechanical repairs onboard HMC Ships, Submarines, CF Auxiliary vessels, and on associated shipboard equipment, within the HRM area. All work is to be performed in accordance with the specifications assigned to each specific call-up as directed by the Fleet Maintenance Facility Cape Scott (FMFCS) Contracts Office. The requirement is exempt from the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), Annex 4 and the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), Chapter Ten Annex 1001.2b Paragraph 1(a), however, it is subject to the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) and will be limited to suppliers in Nova Scotia, in accordance with Shipbuilding, Refit, Repair and Modernization Policy (1996-12-19). SECURITY REQUIREMENT There is a security requirement associated with the requirement of the Standing Offer. .
