Pest Control

IMPORTANT:

REQUIREMENT:
Public Service and Procurement Canada on behalf of the Department of National Defence has a requirement for the supply of labour, materials, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to perform complete pest control maintenance services throughout various accommodation and food service locations within the Canadian Forces Base Halifax.  For the purpose of this requirement, the term “pest” refers to mice, ants, bed-bugs, bees, and wasps.

PERIOD OF CONTRACT:
The Contract will be for a three (3) year period from date of award with the Option to extend beyond the initial period for an additional one (1) year period.

SECURITY:
There is a Reliability Status Security requirement with this Solicitation.

TRADE AGREEMENTS:
This requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA).

BASIS OF SELECTION:
A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation to be declared responsive.  The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
