DND, FMF Cape Scott, has a requirement for the supply, delivery, installation and training on two (2) Berg Chilling Systems, Model APS-44-2/2-2P, or equivalent. Must be fully self-contained de-ionized water chilling and circulating units to support Victoria Class Submarines. Require an option to purchase a third Submarine Support Chiller, if required, within one year of accepting the second unit. Full technical requirement contained in the Request for Proposals document.

There is a security requirement associated with this contract.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
