Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), on behalf of Marine Atlantic Inc., has a requirement for a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the provision of non- Department of Transport (DOT) drug and alcohol testing laboratory-based services and supply of required laboratory specimen collection materials.

Supplier will be required to provide a list of equipment and supplies to be utilized for specimen collection.

The Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) is for a period of two (2) years from date of award, with two extension periods available. The first extension period is for a period of two (2) years; while the second extension period is one (1) year
