Nature of Requirements: 

The Department of National Defence has a requirement to procure Bunker Components on an “as and when required basis” as described and listed in Annex “A” - Pricing Schedule and List of Deliverables.

The period of the Standing Offer is for a firm three (3) year period with the option to extend up to two (2) additional period of one year each.

Drawings for all items referred to in this RFSO will be forwarded to interested Offerors by the Director, Supply Chain Operations, DSCO, National Defence Headquarters, as a Technical Data Package (TDP) under a separate cover. 

In order to receive a TDP, the proposed Offeror must return a signed copy of Annex “D” - Non-Disclosure Agreement to the Contracting Authority on page 1 of this RFSO. It is to be duly signed by a senior representative of the company. The TDP will not be release to any Offeror without receipt of the Non-Disclosure Agreement.

Technical Data Packages are required. It is the bidders’ responsibility to request these packages, in writing, from the Contracting Authority in a timely fashion.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
