National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) for  RCMP's
Carbine/Shotgun Vehicle Racks.
The period will be for one year plus a right to request an
extension of  additional 4 periods of
one year each. Only  one Standing Offer will be awarded.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on
Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade
Agreement (NAFTA),
and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
