Nature of Requirements: 

The Department of Canadian Heritage (PCH) requires a security system that provides access control, intrusion detection, life safety related subsystems, as well as partial integration with the currently installed Avigilon Closed Circuit Television system. The resultant Canadian Heritage Electronic Security System (CHESS) will be used to provide security prevention, detection and response support at over 18 locations across Canada. The LOI is aimed at interested manufacturers / distributors / integrators / vendors of security system products, who can meet all of the mandatory criterion listed herein, in order to compile a pre-qualification list that will be used to issue a future solicitation.
