The work must be completed by March 31, 2018. A turnkey Triple-Loop Antenna System is a "ready for use" system that includes the loops, loops support structure, cables, switch, calibration dipole, pedestal and other elements as described herein. The system allows the measurement of low frequency energy from products such as LED light bulbs and wireless power transfer devices as per CISPR (Comité international spécial des perturbations radioélectroniques; English: International Special Committee on Radio Interference) 15 and 11. The triple-loop antennas are also known as Van Veen loops or Large Loop Antennas. After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
