Nature of Requirements: 

This Request for Supply Arrangement (RFSA) is being issued by Publics Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) in order to establish an instrument for relocating, modifications, extensions and consultation services to existing high density mobile shelving (HDMS) as well as new HDMS, for deliveries in all regions except where CLCAs apply.

The Identified Users (IU) authorized to issue contracts against the Supply Arrangement include any Government Department, Departmental Corporation or Agency, or other body of the Government of Canada (including all those described in the Financial Administration Act, as amended from time to time) or any other party for which the Department of Public Works and Government Services has been authorized to act from time to time under section 16 of the Department of Public Works and Government Services Act.

IU’s will utilize the SA for requirements up to $25,000.00 including GST/HST and delivery for work on existing systems (relocating, modifications, extensions etc.) and $100,000.00 including GST/HST and delivery for any new system. 

Any requirement exceeding these values will be sent to the applicable PWGSC office for processing.


Period of the SA:

This RFSA will result in Supply Arrangements (SAs) valid for one (1) year with Canada retaining the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Supply Arrangements by up to two (2) additional consecutive twelve (12) month periods, under the same conditions.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
