    Request for Standing Offer for Fleet Management Support Services
    
    Requirement
    
    Canada requires Fleet Management Support Services where the
    Offeror is expected to;
    
    Ÿ	Issue and administer: a Government of Canada Fleet Card, as
    specified in Annex A -               Statement of Work 
    
    Ÿ	Provide Canada, access to a Fleet Management Information
    System, as specified in                  Annex A - Statement of
    Work; and
    
    Ÿ	Provide other services related to the management of Canada's
    fleet of Vehicles, as                    specified in Annex A -
    Statement of Work
    
    Authorized Users
    
    Any authorized representative of a Canadian government
    department or Crown Corporation or an agency located across
    Canada, as defined in the Financial Administration Act, is
    permitted to utilize the standing offer.
    
    Period
    
    The period for making call-ups against the Standing Offer is a
    period of five (5) years from issuance of the Standing Offer and
    will include two (2) built-in one (1) year extension options.
    
    
    Debriefing
    
    After standing offer authorization, bidders may request a
    debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders
    should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority within
    15 working days of receipt of notification that their bid was
    unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by
    telephone or in person.

    The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
    procurement.
    
    Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
