Item 005 - Up to Qty: 3, 53' Van Body, 35 Ton Tri-axle Trailer,
Configuration A in accordance with DND Purchase description, FCA
Free Carrier at Contractor's Canadian facility, or Contractor's
Canadian distribution point. Option may be exercised by
DND/PWGSC within twelve (12) months from the date of contract
award. 

Item 006 - Up to Qty: 1, 53' Van Body, 35 Ton Tri-axle Trailer,
Configuration B in accordance with DND Purchase description, FCA
Free Carrier at Contractor's Canadian facility, or Contractor's
Canadian distribution point. Option may be exercised by
DND/PWGSC within twelve (12) months from the date of contract
award.

DELIVERY

The delivery for Item 001-004 are desirable on or before 6
January 2016.

DEBRIEFING

After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation.  Bidders should make the
request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of
receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The
debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement. 

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
